The Designer
The creative mind behind Lillie, designer Latasha Hall, has always shared a fond love for fashion. In her early years, she sat for hours drawing and designing figures fulfilling her love of the arts. It wasn’t until a family friend introduced her to sewing that she began to unify her passion for the art of fashion design with fabricating her sketches into wearable garments. Latasha has accumulated over 15 years of experience in the fashion industry; and has dedicated time to perfecting her craftsmanship with experience in bridal, evening, ready to wear, and tailoring.
In 2009, Latasha began to focus her attention to developing her own collections and building her company, Lillie. The name of her company is dedicated to her late grandmother, Ester Lillie Coles, who embodied the classic feminine essence with a touch of sophistication and spunk that represents the Lillie woman. Since the launch of Lillie, Latasha’s designs have been featured in numerous publications, media outlets, and has graced some of the red-carpet events on celebrities like Vivian Green, Erica Campbell & Kristal Lyndriette.
